August 4th Class...

I just had to show off one of my young students who did a private lesson.  Isn't her painting fabulous!  She said she wants to be an artist when she's older and I think she's well on her way.

Here's a couple of photos from both classes this past Saturday!  Wonderful job on those cliffs!  I'm so proud of how many of you embraced using the palette knife for this work.  Learning to use new tools is a big part of gaining control in your artwork.  Great job everyone and happy painting!!

Here's the painting for this Saturday June 23rd.  We're using Bob Ross Method but this painting will be from a photograph.  Don't be afraid to try this!  Should be a fun class!!!  Happy Painting!

I survived!!!!

What a great class and thanks everyone for your patience and help for me to get thru it.  We really do miss my daughter Jac when she can't help out! 

Great job everyone on those barns and remember that the best way to approach a building is to break it down into basic shapes.  Here's a few more photos from the 2nd class.  We had 21 students saturday and I'm sorry I didn't get to take more photos of your great work!  Keep it up everyone!!!
